The quality of the service provided by Crossroads Care Wessex is all about the people who work here. From the Board of Trustees, who steer the organisation and provide strategic guidance to the Management and Administration Team, through to the Carer Support Workers who are the people out with customers providing essential care and support.
Crossroads Care Wessex are committed to giving the best possible service and that means making sure that the team are professional and motivated. When you are working closely with people in their own homes, your people ARE what you do which is why they are all carefully selected and we continue to invest in their monitoring and professional development.
There are a small number of staff in the office who work hard to ensure that the Carer Support Workers (CSWs) are all where they need to be and look after all the administration and management.
